YogaSix — Marlton

930 West Route 70, Suite 3, Marlton, NJ 08053

856-281-9450

What to expect

YogaSix Marlton uses reserved, instructor-led classes with distinct pace, heat and equipment. First-time visitors check in at the front desk before entering the practice room.

From Check-In to Mat

Reserve online or in the YogaSix app and arrive about 15 minutes early. A team member checks you in at the front desk, helps with a mat or towel, introduces the instructor and sets you up with class props. Mats go in marked spaces in the practice room.

During & After Class

The instructor introduces the session and invites adjustments to the poses. Slow Flow allows more time between postures; Restore stays low to the ground; heated Hot and Power classes have a different pace and temperature. Sculpt & Flow uses dumbbells, bands and bodyweight exercise. At the end, the instructor leads newcomers back to the front; the studio asks students to leave promptly for cleaning between classes.

Why This May Be a Good Fit

The front-desk welcome, instructor introduction and marked mat spaces give first-time visitors a documented arrival sequence. The published class formats let a visitor choose slower movement, lower-to-the-ground stretching or a heated workout rather than treating all yoga sessions alike.
