What to expect

The Connection's Adapted Youth Yoga is a registered program at its Summit community center for ages 4–12 with special needs. The class uses yoga poses and stretches with individual modifications.

Registration & Arrival

The Connection lists yoga within its youth adaptive programs at 79 Maple Street. Class registration requires an active membership. The parking lot entrance is the second driveway on Prospect Street. At the front entrance, members scan a digital barcode or key tag; an accompanying adult can scan for the children entering with them.

During Yoga
