Finding the Room
Reserve a class in the app or online before going to 112 East Main Street. Park behind the building or use limited street parking, then follow the sidewalk to the orange side door. Arrive five to ten minutes early, or 15 minutes early for in-person registration. Doors lock at the listed class start.
On the Mat
Bring a mat, hand towel and refillable water bottle; mat rental and a water-refill sink are listed. Practice is barefoot. Hot power vinyasa and nonheated Yin differ in pace, heat and props: power classes have blocks and straps, while Yin has bolsters and blankets. Students can rest in child's pose. Place a cork hamsa by the mat only if hands-on assists are wanted; otherwise the teacher does not give them.
