What to expect

MA Fitness Center's Marlton youth program begins with a coach introducing the class routine. Little Ninjas (ages 2–3) train with a parent; older students follow age-group martial arts instruction.

First Visit & Class Flow

For a child's introductory class, a coach learns the child's experience level, explains the routine, then leads a structured warm-up, skill practice and age-appropriate activities. New students are not expected to know the moves. The coach helps the child participate at an appropriate pace.

On the Mat

Little Ninjas ages 2–3 practice movement and classroom participation with a parent alongside them. Lil' Dragons ages 4–5 work on confidence, respect and practical awareness. The ages 6+ program combines Tae Kwon Do, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, self-defense and life skills; its training differs from the younger classes.

Why This May Be a Good Fit

The first-visit routine is published in three steps, and the youngest group includes a participating parent. Coaches introduce new students to warm-up and skill practice without expecting prior moves; families can choose the age-group program before booking.
